Chick-ghetti

My good friend Kathy gave me this recipe and now Kennedy asks all the time when are we going to have it.  I was a bit skeptical at first about the combination of ingredients, but they bring a unique favor that really is a hit.

Ingredients:
2-3 cups shredded chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 cup sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese
2 Tbl butter
1 package spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Saute finely chopped pepper and onions in butter until onions begin to caramelize.  Add broth, sour cream, soup, chicken, and 1/2 of the cheese. Simmer on low.

Cook spaghetti until about 3/4 done and drain water.  Place spaghetti in a 9-13 dish and pour sauce over top of spaghetti.  Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.  Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 min.
