Baked Asparagus



I saw this done once on Kitchen Boss on TLC.  We love asparagus.  I remember as a kid walking down the ditch banks in my farming community neighborhood every spring picking wild asparagus.  I always look forward to spring when it hits the local market and I can just buy a bunch.  4 Star recipe.

Ingredients:
1 lb Frash Asparagus
1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
2 TB Olive Oil
Parmesean Cheese

Directions:
Wash and cut off the ends of the asparagus.  Spread out on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over asparagus.  Toss asapagus until completely covered.  Sprinkle Bread crumbs over asapargus and bake in a preheated oven at 425 for about 20 minutes or until the tips of the asparagus begin to turn crispy.  Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesean over asparagus and serve.

Notes:
The more cheese the better!
